ACUSD 地区政策：265 assures the district's commitment to a workplace and educational environment free from sexual harrassment and discrimination. The 奥尔顿学区 does not discriminate on the basis of sex in any of its education programs or activities, and it complies with the Titl IX of the Eucation Amendements of 1972 (第九条) and its implementing regulations (34 C.F.R. Part 106) concerning everyone in the 区's education programs and activities, including applicants for employment, students, parents/guardians, employees and third parties.

Individuals alleging sexual harassment, as defined in 地区政策：265, shall complete and sign the "正式的第九条性骚扰投诉表格" to request the 第九条 Coordinator initiate an investigation into such allegations.
Once the form is complete, turn it in to the 区第九条 Coordinator by email (kbaumgartner@altonschools.org) or U.S. mail (550 Landmarks Blvd.，套房A，奥尔顿，伊利诺伊州62002)。
